Volvos are great! Some one at my school owns a wagon. Not sure what year though because I have nt seen his wagon in a while. I think he might have gotten rid of it in favor of a Chevrolet Malibu sedan.

I always forget the two door brick Volvos exist, then I always want one afterwards. Never fails.

Theres a couple of decent condition 240 wagons where I live. Always catches me off guard because I still expect my town to be more of a brodozer kind of place, but its apparently not.
And one of my wives friends has a 240 diesel wagon AND an 850R. We had to stop by when out for a walk one night so I could talk to them.

Yup, me too. Wish Id kept my old 245 now. The VCOA just had their national meet here, so many great cars. Need to do a post on that, come to think of it. My coworker drives this, just back on the road after 3 years of work:

I had a 79 242dl.
I had plans man! I was going to get a large coolant passage 405 head, VX3 cam, headers....good headers....perhaps T-5 swap....those are the dreams without funding.
And then I was making $300 a week when it decided to have fueling issues that would always work at the dealer. I was loosing work time and money. I still have the VIN number, but it was before 16 digits....so I also doubt its still around.

I still kick myself for buying a 940 Turbo back in high school, instead of the 240 that was sitting next to it on the dealer lot. The parts availability for the 200s, OEM and aftermarket, is just fantastic. 900s, good luck.
